Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how EMOM Timer handles information when you use the mobile application or this website.
Information we handle
Workout and settings data
Your workouts, workout history, and app settings are stored locally on your device. EMOM Timer does not require an account.
Feedback
If you send feedback from the app, we receive the message and any email address you choose to provide.
Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Usage and technical data
We use analytics to understand app feature usage and performance. This may include app events, device and app information, a generated identifier, and diagnostic data.
Website language preference
Cloudflare provides a country code derived from your IP address so the website can initially select English, French, Dutch, or German for supported countries. If you choose a language, we store that choice in a cookie for up to one year.
How we use information
- To provide and maintain the app and website
- To remember your website language choice
- To process and restore purchases
- To respond to feedback and support requests
- To understand usage, diagnose problems, and improve the product
- To prevent fraud and protect the service
Service providers
EMOM Timer uses the following providers, each of which handles information under its own privacy terms:
- Apple App Store for app distribution and payment processing
- RevenueCat for purchase and subscription management
- Mixpanel for product analytics
- Cloudflare for website delivery, security, and country-based language selection
Data security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Locally stored workout data remains on your device until you remove it or the app. Providers retain information according to their own policies and our service configuration.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. You can also change the website language at any time; doing so replaces the saved language cookie.

Children’s privacy
EMOM Timer is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the date above.
